Description A strategic key player, working with cross-functional partners in the planning, coordination, analysis, communication and execution of large scale corporate project strategy initiatives. Lead analysis in key strategic projects/initiatives Research and synthesize industry trends, competitive conditions, best practices and benchmarks to create insights and inform strategies Identify, obtain, and analyze required data to support strategy approach and development. Build strong relationships and rapport with internal cross-functional partners Communicate the results of research and insight development in a clear and structured way, support the development of engaging presentations Support business partners in the curation and communication of pre-read content for the executive committee Build subject matter expert network in the organization 3-4+ years experience in strategy, finance, project management or a related field Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong presence and professionalism Highly proficient with applicable technology systems/tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel and Google suite) Work with cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative way to build relationships throughout all levels of the organization Comfortable with ambiguity and non-linear process Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with business judgment to drive insight/action Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail
