Senior Store Manager, Luxury Apparel

This position demands a blend of strong leadership, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for luxury retail. Key Responsibilities: Drive store sales and profitability by setting ambitious targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and motivating the sales team; Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring every client receives a personalized and memorable luxury shopping experience; Recruit, train, develop, and retain a team of motivated sales associates, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback; Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, visual presentation standards, and store maintenance; Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and operational efficiency; Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to maximize performance and address challenges; Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clientele, cultivating brand advocacy; Represent the brand with sophistication and professionalism at all times; Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and promotions; Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within the luxury goods or high-end fashion sector is required. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
