The purpose of this position is to lead a Levi's® Store with an annual volume of $15 million or more to profitable growth and build brand equity through superior strategies and execution of Store Operations. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (9+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree) • Minimum 7 years of retail management experience including a minimum of 3 years retail management experience in a high volume setting Additional Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong business acumen • Ability to enable the management and development of store team • Excellent time and project management skills This position is expected to be filled by 09/26/2025.
