Senior Store Manager - Fashion Retail

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or assistant manager role within fashion or luxury retail. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving operational excellence in a retail setting. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
