Senior Store Manager - Apparel Retail

Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed store targets and company objectives. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates and assistant managers. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging store environment. Manage inventory effectively, including receiving, stock control, and loss prevention strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, fostering customer loyalty. Monitor store expenses and manage budgets to maintain profitability. Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all operational standards. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Build strong relationships with customers and the local community. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to the highest standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving retail KPIs. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems. Experience in inventory management and loss prevention. Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
