Ability to support and train other IAM team members and end-users on the proper use of the IAM systems. Knowledge of retail/e-commerce business is preferred Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Perform knowledge transfer and training with technical teams and end user groups to educate HBC associates on the proper use of the IAM systems. Work with other tech areas and end user groups to educate them on IAM and to implement HBC’s IAM best practices in their technology areas. HBC welcomes all applicants for this position.
