Senior Sourcing and Production Manager

If you are excited about driving a global sourcing process from start to end, including vendor management and workflow management from sourcing, to product development, to production, then this position is for you. You will work collaboratively work with the design team, manufacturers, and sales to improve supply chain efficiencies, increase operational effectiveness, and ensure our products and vendors meet our standards. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers. This candidate will possess a high degree of ownership and integrity, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be a great team player. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES: Manage and execute the team's global sourcing program to bring efficient suppliers to the vendor matrix – MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH SOUTHEAST ASIA Own vendor relationships, which includes managing existing and identifying new opportunities Negotiate with the suppliers overseas to meet the financial goals of the company Lead work on multiple projects in various phases and under tight deadlines Follow through the entire production flow Identify root causes of problems and drafting a corrective action plan to resolve it Build and own fabric, trims, and other raw materials cost database Evaluate factory’s performance regularly to ensure continuous process improvement Manage development and production of the seasonal calendar Work closely with technical design Develop processes and systems to ensure total quality management and on-time deliveries
