• Support product launches by day-to-day management of products on e-commerce platforms... • Implement proactive solutions to improve efficiency in the product launch process • Enhancing catalog categorization for all existing and new products • Generate and implement initiatives to increase searchability and conversion on product listings • Maintain and deliver accurate data across site, including inventory, titles, descriptions, images, videos, attributes, and pricing • Create, upload & organize large database of SKUs in Shopify • Maintain product content to ensure accurate representation on direct-to-consumer site • Communicate with e-commerce platforms to troubleshoot issues and keep content up to date • Making strategic decisions to optimize product placement onsite and owning communication of those changes and business results or learnings to team • Analyze customer behavior and develop hypotheses for A/B testing. Weigh impact vs. effort through our prioritization framework • Ensure best quality site mapping and SEO optimization What You’ll Bring: • 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce • Proficiency in Shopify ecosystem • Ability to quickly learn and apply system capabilities • Ability to identify trends and solve problems • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and communicate potential issues • Prior experience working in a digitally-native consumer business • Experience handling high volume of functions at small company preferred • Familiarity and openness to run an AB test (eg: experience supporting AB testing) • Experience handling high volume of SKUs (intimates is a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time • How many years experience do you have running an AB test (experience supporting AB testing)
