Cultivates strong candidate, Business and HR Partner relationships through multiple communication approaches to anticipate talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline; communicates Kohl’s employee brand. Consider total talent needs of the department to recruit and build pipeline for anticipated openings using a variety of approaches including social media and a referral network Connect and reach out to passive candidates to maintain relationships Develop proactive sourcing strategies Understand industry and competition of talent to advise HRBPs on talent strategies Understand internal talent landscape Leverage cross-functional partners to drive improvement on recruitment process Interview and screen candidates Make hiring recommendations for defined area(s) Build, negotiate and deliver job offers with candidates Explain salary packages and benefits Understand best practices to develop diversity sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage diverse talent Work with Talent team and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and create sourcing plans for critical open positions Responsible for identifying , recommending and leveraging external partnership’s to enhance Kohl’s brand recognition with diverse talent pools Create multi-faceted sourcing plans to identify and engage diverse talent for specific job Collaborate with our Diversity & Inclusion team and Business Resource Groups in our diversity recruiting plans Proven experience developing and implementing D&I sourcing strategies
