The Senior Recruiter serves as a consultative partner to the HR and Hiring Manager teams, responsible for creating and implementing function specific talent acquisition strategies for identifying internal and external talent for Carters. Manage client and candidate relationships to provide a best in class candidate and stakeholder experience through the interviewing and hiring process and meet talent acquisition goals. Ensure all TA activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate recordkeeping.
