The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. 5 to 10 years experience in statistical auditing, apparel production, quality and/or engineering Manufacturing quality assurance/control principles and practices, including statistical analysis and sampling. Strong international communication skills required, fluency in Spanish or Mandarin a plus Experience in Social Responsibility auditing a plus Proficiency in computer skills and reporting of metrics. Support Corporate Social Responsibility Audits and Corrective Action with Western Hemisphere production factories Communicate with wholesale customer or other stakeholders regarding quality standards and auditing as needed Supervisory responsibility for quality supervisors at Braselton, Stockbridge & west coast third party logistics facilities as well as one analyst based in corporate HQ in Buckhead Responsible for oversight and external communication with rework facilities Responsible for communication to internal stakeholder in Atlanta and overseas in all matters of product acceptability and delayed shipments occurring at US DCs or stores Carters is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
