SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - BRAND MARKETING TECHNOLOGY

The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. Primary responsibilities include: Project Management (70%) Intake and prioritize marketing requests from business stakeholdersEnsure successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional Marketing initiativesManage multiple high priority projects at the same timeCommunicate with Marketing and eCommerce stakeholdersManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure all projects are aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReview status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and marketing business needsAbility to manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologiesUnderstand and support the Companys goals and objectives, and makes certain that his/her actions and decisions are consistent with themFollow all control and compliance regulationsProcess Improvement (15%) Identify areas to improve existing marketing processesUnderstand the overall strategy and big picture of projectsConduct project hind sighting to document and implement best practicesDevelop new ways to measure past projectsPartnership/Communications (15%) Communicate with cross-functioning teams and PM to ensure timelines are met/adjusted as neededCommunicate with leadership to prioritize projects and update stakeholders on progressAdditional administrative tasks as needCollaborate on highly complex issue resolution with the functional IT teams as necessaryParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organizationSupervisory/ Budgetary/ External Communications Manage highly matrixed teams, providing structure and environment of accountability to keep teams focused on achieving agreed project objectives on schedule and budget.Ability to influence and work with team members outside of their direct role Secondary Functions (IF Applicable) Ability to establish new processes and systemsAble to coordinate and motivate cross functional team members not under his/her direct supervisionStrong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under deadlinesUnderstand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental developmentHighly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projectsPrior work Experience and Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in related field of study5+ years of marketing project management experienceExtensive knowledge and expertise in the use of program and project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniquesExperience managing complex marketing and creative projectsExperience collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results. As our offices re-open well be working in a hybrid model where work may be accomplished in-office or digitally.
