We are developing technical solutions to improve website search experience and provide the most relevant results and recommendations for customers so that they can find what they look for as easily as possible. The PM will work with the technical, merchandising, UX design, and business teams to develop the product vision and roadmap, provide product requirements and prioritization, and work with the technical teams to create and launch product features. As a successful candidate, the PM needs to be an experienced product management leader, an effective communicator, have demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders across a cross-functional team of individuals, are data-driven, and have experience managing complex business and technical challenges. Define clear product vision and roadmap to build the best customer experience in search; Develop detailed, crisp business requirements, and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of various customer features Create buy-in for product vision and roadmap from both technical and business stakeholders Work with the technical team for end to end product feature development and launch Perform A/B Tests to track performance Together, we celebrate, advocate for, and learn from our colleagues, customers and communities to create the best environment to shop and work for all.
