This role is a key leader in our ecommerce channel, specifically focused on Amazon go-to-market strategies through providing leadership, direction, and strategy for building our Hanes Apparel capabilities and performance in this channel. The role is responsible for the development of ecommerce merchandising strategies and online go to market strategies including pricing, competitive analysis, product details for PDP pages, new product acceleration plans, sales analysis, etc for our Hanes Apparel business. Partner with demand planning team to ensure forecast accuracy by account. Leverage insights to recommend innovation platform opportunities for the Hanes product lines Works with Hanes Apparel Growth team to create strategies to drive growth for our Apparel Ecommerce-channel business initiatives over the LRP Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred 5+ years of broad business experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role Experience in ecommerce preferred Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or apparel preferred Strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision makers to move to execution Proven record of successful business growth. Strong product and operational knowledge with proven experience in driving collaboration and partnering cross-functionally to drive the business.
