In this role, you will drive the eBay onsite product experience for some of eBay’s Fashion categories (Apparel, Sneakers) and drive our understanding of customer, market and business needs. What you will accomplish: • You will drive the vision and strategy for eBay onsite product experience for pre-loved apparel and sneakers, as well as improve & scale existing programs such as Authenticity Guarantee • You will become a guide on Fashion enthusiast buyers’ needs and difficulties on eBay through planned discovery and self- learning • You will get to develop customer insights that inform what we should be building by demonstrating data insights, partnering with other eBay cross-functional teams, and by meeting with eBay users • Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver projects on time using agile methodologies • Prioritize features and handle the backlog.
