They're now looking for a Senior Producer to join their Los Angeles team, playing a key role in leading and delivering projects across the West Coast and beyond. Lead end-to-end production across experiential and brand-led projectsManage project budgets (typically $500K-$2M), ensuring commercial and delivery targets are metSource, brief, and manage vendors across production, fabrication, and logisticsAct as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and clear communicationCollaborate closely with creative teams to translate ideas into physical experiencesBuild and manage timelines, production documents, and project workflowsOversee on-site delivery including installation, live events, and strikeSupport junior producers and coordinators across project delivery Bonus Experience Experience within fashion, entertainment, or luxury sectorsWest Coast vendor network or production experienceExperience working on talent-led or entertainment-driven activations
