Senior Producer

L.L.Bean is looking for a Senior Producer with experience in photo shoot production to join our Creative Team. This role will support the Senior Managing Photo Producer in the development of creative, compelling omnichannel photo and video content. Responsibilities: \- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define project scope, outcomes and priorities, and ensure successful deployment of photo and video projects within time and budget constraints \- Establish and manage production schedules and timelines from initiation through execution \- Create and manage budgets for assigned projects \- Provide the most efficient and effective use of resources required for successful execution of assigned projects \- Stay current with industry trends and photo technologies and proactively apply industry best practices as applicable to improve processes and results \- Manage all production details for photo and video shoots including: \- Source and scout locations that support project needs and obtain insurance and permits as required \- Suggest and book freelance crews and talent that support creative needs \- Manage castings and model bookings \- Negotiate all rates and fees within budget guidelines \- Negotiate and manage required photography usage rights within corporate guidelines and budget constraints \- Manage travel, transportation and accommodations for assigned projects \- Attend photo shoots as required and oversee daily operations on location \- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners, and liaise with location owners, city officials and local contacts during photo shoots \- Create and distribute detailed production packets for each project to all participants \- Track invoices, expenses and reconcile budgets \- Maintain records of all photo and video projects \- Manage location image library, freelance crew and talent databases \- Liaise with L.L.Bean Studio producers to coordinate and execute projects as required \- Provide leadership and direction to internal staff including Producers, Art Directors and Photo Production Coordinators \- Assume additional related responsibilities as requestedThis role requires commitment to frequent travel and time away from the office, including some weekends.
