Senior Planner- Fashion Brand!

Our client is seeking a Senior Planner to join their team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities • Drive collaborative conversations with merchandising, allocation, and design partners to ensure strategic alignment • Collaborate on buildout and execution of annual and multi-year long range plans • Present monthly OTB; reviewing sales, margin, receipts, and strategy; highlighting risks and opportunities • Manage core items/key items forecast and inventory plans in partnership with merchants • Provide guidance and partnership to Merchant team on all buys • Conduct hindsight analysis to guide future budgets and strategies Qualifications • 3+ years relevant planning experience within an apparel, accessories or related lifestyle brand • Prior experience in a DTC brand and/or accessories a plus • Critical thinker with the drive to uncover details, solve problems, and maximize performance • Expert in reporting, Excel, Retail Math with confidence with large data sets • Technology, data and systems enthusiast with ability to utilize and navigate planning front end systems • Ability to build relationships and productive partnerships cross functionally • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Organized, capable of setting and meeting deadlines for self and team • Adaptable and amenable to change and redirection Please submit your resume and portfolio for consideration.
