Senior Planner

The Senior Planner will drive planning and analysis of multiple product lines for Key Accounts in our Wholesale Channel. The ideal candidate can develop and speak to both in-season OTB and pre-season plans. Coordinate with merchandising and sales partners to develop seasonal strategies and line offerings. To excel in this role, this individual must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift day to day, have excellent retail math, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Core Accountabilities: · Develop annual sales, gross margin, receipt, and inventory plans that align with financial targets · Analyze historical data and current SKU trends to identify risk and capitalize on in-season opportunities · Run and communicate weekly sales and inventory reports · Provide input for and participate in monthly OTB reviews, ability to speak to changes and variances, and recommend strategic actions to maximize opportunities and mitigate risk · Ensure receipts are delivering on time to support forecasts · Partner with Brand/Sales to develop an annual promotional calendar · Proactively communicate with customer service/sales operations when production timelines shift · Ability to re-prioritize day's work as opportunities arise and priorities change · Regularly interacts with business stakeholders and provides insights on KPIs and trends Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of Planning or Buying experience · Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data with an aptitude to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally) · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Detail-oriented, energetic, motivated, and action-oriented · Ability to prioritize workload, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines.
