SENIOR PAYROLL OPERATIONS ANALYST

Operations and Processing- 40% Maintain all international payroll processing functions for all pay groups, including transmission and validation Enhance and update transaction procedures and materials used in training as necessary Organize suitable level of functional, and technical processes, as well as training programs Offer acceptable customer service by analyzing, retrieving, resolving, and researching matters In-depth investigation and analysis to determine the root cause of each problem in order to earmark gaps in already existing solutions and support the development of fresh measures Ensure correct reporting of salary of payroll and taxes for our expat population Work with vendors to provide expat compensation and data as needed Correct W2Cs for expats as needed Responsible for timely tax payments for the US and Canada Work closely with accounting to ensure correct posting payroll, taxes, and 941 reconciliations when needed Work with ADP to ensure timely ROEs are timely and accurate, correct ROEs as needed Be active in implementing new systems and processes as needed Provide reports to HR, Tax, and Accounting as needed Code invoices in ADP for approval as needed Analysis and Reporting- 35% Track, analyze and interpret trends in data in order to provide relevant conclusions and recommendations to management Connect with teams to record, resolve, and research in order to earmark gaps and support the development of fresh measures on compromising errors and issues Responsible for all ad hoc analysis requested by the business.
