Your Role Will report directly into Director of Packaging Development Works cross functionally with different VS teams to help identify projects that need to be adjusted to fall within VS&CO’s ESG Initiatives Presents projects to senior leadership to highlight needs of modifications Execute projects that have been identified to meet ESG goals: Establish timeline, testing parameters, and qualification of project Proactively understand the upcoming regulations, challenges, requirements of different countries/regions (PCR requirements, banned materials, recyclability requirements, etc…) Communicates with vendor base and monitor status updates on projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. 5-7 years’ experience in Packaging or Sustainability related field but if they pursued a higher degree then less work experience is okay as a tradeoff.
