Jonathan Simkhai is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager. The role is integral to the success of the Digital team, helping to shape the voice of the brand, launch new collections, streamline communication and maximize DTC sales. Responsible for managing the content calendar including all creative assets and deliverables across core marketing channels. Manage, organize, update and edit marketing calendar including new collection launches and promotions Conceptualize, implement and manage marketing campaigns including creative, production and agency management Define and manage marketing performance communications from weekly performance recaps to quarterly business reviews Manage Email channel on Klaviyo including strategy and implementation. Maximize Affiliate channel by increasing recruitment and partnerships Collaborate with Creative on content and editorial needs Collaborate with Operations on user experience optimizations and marketing opportunities Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging (Operations, Creative, Retail, Buying, Production) Incorporate workflows and planning documents to keep all teams on track and help organize campaign rollouts Brainstorm new ideas and rollout strategies regularly Partner with creative agency to ensure best in class advertising Develop testing calendar to gather insights on audience behavior on an ongoing basis Develop seasonal brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns Be the gatekeeper for Simkhai marketing initiatives by maintaining a firm grasp on all aspects of the marketing calendar and paid media performance Qualifications: Must have minimum 5 years digital marketing experience and a proven track record of growing audiences and driving revenue Must have Bachelor’s degree Must have Luxury or fashion experience Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills Robust knowledge of digital marketing and social media Creative and thoughtful, bringing fresh ideas to the team daily, strong sense of ownership Experience managing the Email channel including list growth, A/B testing, segmentation and personalization.
