SENIOR MANAGER STORE & SPACE PLANNING OPERATIONS

The Senior Manager of Store & Space Planning Operations provides project leadership for all aspects of key projects under the span of control of the VP Store & Space Planning. In this role, the Senior Manager will own the end-to-end project management (including planning, executing, and monitoring results) for large-scale store builds, remodels, new concepts, store conversions, new stores and any annual strategic initiatives. Project Management Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to define objectives, scope, and project execution time and action in support of key projects across the Store Planning and Space Management functions. Manage all aspects of key projects across the department including issue/risk identification and resolution, change management, reporting and internal/external communication, financial management, metrics, etc. Share results with group and department leaders to hold teammates accountable Create consistent departmental standards and best practices to ensure all project and release deadlines are met with efficiencies.
