Manager, Search Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and analyzing paid and organic search for Calvin Klein. Responsible for strategic approach of SEM campaigns to hit program specific ROI goals and ensure sales targets are being met Build out campaigns that optimize against an acquisition forecast Monitor and report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities from various campaigns Develop the creative testing plans such as headlines, copy, ad types, landing pages, automation, and audiences for continuous performance improvement Monitor and report out organic search results as it relates to changes in SEM program, performing keyword research, bench-marking changes and working cross functionally with DTC team on the technical roadmap Collaborate with UX, site optimization and buying teams to exchange business insights in support of all owned & operated CK opportunities Track the market for trends, opportunities, and use that information to make recommendations Partner with CMI & Digital Innovation teams on research & new search capabilities Own the relationship with our agency collaborating to brainstorm and strategize on a long term, proactive roadmap Support Programmatic Display management and strategy Bachelor's degree in business or related field 5+ years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency within Paid and Organic Search.
