We work hard, but we have fun. \- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science or related field \- 8+ years of experience in software development \- 4+ years of progressive management experience, developing and attracting multiple diverse teams \- Successful transformation of technical leadership into people leadership \- Expert knowledge of application design patterns, event-driven architecture, database schemas, and testing strategies \- Proven experience with large scale application troubleshooting and performance tuning \- Proven experience working with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) \- Expert knowledge and experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test driven development \- Have strong programming skills in one or more languages - Java, Python, Go or Node.js \- Strong Leadership Skills \- Expert ability to manager multiple competing priorities
