In partnership with Macy's Private Brand teams, including Strategic Sourcing, Product, Design, as well as the Fashion Office, the Fabric team will help teams in developing and managing seasonal and core fabrics to ensure quality, competitive costing and responsiveness. Attend fabric trade shows to research new mills an identify emerging fabric innovations / trends and create trend recaps to share with PB teams to utilize for seasonal development. \- Identify pricing opportunities and negotiate fabric price points with mills and in partnership with OSO to support brand goals. Attend key PB fabric development meetings to support sourcing of new materials. \- Applicant should be a creative thinker with the ability to problem solve, think critically and adapt in a fast paced environment.
