Planning - 30% * Responsible for Stockbridge volume and workforce planning by shift and in alignment with volume forecasts and financial budget * Plan workforce required to support Stockbridge SLA and UPH metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. * Responsible for DC revenue planning for all global networks (US, Canada, Mexico). Develop metrics reporting to help guide DC placement decisions and budget impact reporting * Track and report on all risks to achieving quarterly revenue including allocations, transportation trends or other factors impacting quarterly revenue goals * Develop and maintain DC Inventory models in support of financial plans Flow - 5% * Own and manage flow of work each global facility to meet/exceed well-defined service level agreements (SLA). * Demonstrated success with multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to ever-changing environment while maintaining clear focus on all priorities. * Must be available to work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment, flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs.
