Senior Manager, Product Management - Store Productivity (Hybrid - Seattle)

Our Store Productivity team focuses on empowering store employees with tools and systems that allow them to spend less time on operational overhead and more time on delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead this area and a team of product managers. You'll work with engineering, design, store operations, and other cross-functional teams to build impactful products that enable Nordstrom's store teams to do their best work. Responsibilities • Set a clear, inspiring product vision and lead the creation of a roadmap that aligns to company priorities and store team needs. • Experience in retail, store operations, or internal employee tools.
