The company is reimagining traditional off-price with a digitally-native model focused on customer experience.What This Position Is All About:Manage a small team of studio leads and managers, while overseeing the broader team, to ensure all studio deliverables are met, that the teams are meeting capacity and bandwidth expectations, and a consistent message is being delivered to all associates. (30%)Create, maintain and routinely update photo studio standards, along with the management team, that change and improve with trends and new products that come through the studio. (25%)Continuously communicate with the Director/DVP of Digital Operations on issues, needs, ideas for improvements, overall state of operations, and come prepared with solutions for resolution. (15%)Maintain reporting needed to accurately track full-time & freelance employees, budget, equipment, space and layout needs, as well as early notification when new and additional resources are needed.
