Role Description: We’re seeking a full time Senior Manager, Paid Media & Media Buying to lead full-funnel performance marketing across global channels. Key Responsibilities: • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate multi-channel paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Display, and Affiliate to maximize ROI and scale efficiently. • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own reporting for all paid media KPIs, delivering actionable insights on ROAS, MER, CPC, CAC, LTV:CAC, and channel mix performance to leadership. Required Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5–8 years in paid media or digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce growth or performance marketing.
