Create seasonal media strategies to support Abercrombie’s global marketing campaigns; maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of spend Establish and deliver on multiple KPIs, from upper-funnel brand metrics to traffic and sales for both stores and e-commerce Partner with and manage external agency team to execute, optimize, and measure all paid marketing channels Partner with Data & Analytics team to create seasonal audience segmentation strategy for media targeting Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure cohesion of both strategic and creative execution Partner with creative, design and copy teams on developing content that will maximize the impact of our advertising; communicate best-practices to all cross-functional teams Collaborate with Influencer Marketing and Organic Social Media teams to maximize their efforts through paid advertising Consult with international partners to localize the paid marketing strategy to each market Participate in seasonal campaign brainstorm and planning sessions Develop and maintain key relationships with media partners like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Oversee agency management of product feeds and store listings Strive for continuous content innovation to stay relevant to our target consumer Drive a robust test & learn strategy to constantly improve advertising effectiveness; deliver results to Marketing Leadership Team Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure Abercrombie stays at the forefront of digital marketing Accurately deliver against set media budget through effective cross-channel optimization Continuously analyze digital media effectiveness and take corrective action as necessary; deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to Marketing Leadership Team Manage and develop 3 direct reports What will you need to bring? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Strong knowledge of digital media, with particular emphasis on paid search, display, and paid social Experience working in Agile Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors or agencies Experience managing a multi-million dollar annual budget Proven track record of working across and within a matrixed structure – Strategy, Creative, Data & Analytics, Merchandising Strong presentation skills to executive level management Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills Analytical/data-driven Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining clear and proactive flow of communication and ownership of tasks Global perspective and international experience a plus
