What you'll do... • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic operational and process plans aligned with the overall objectives of the fashion department • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion department, including supply chain management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service • Process Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor effective process strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate operational and process performance using key metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, marketing teams, and senior management • Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • You are data savvy: tell a story to make informed decisions as well as understand competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment. You'll make an impact by: • Managing the development and implementation of process improvements to improve business results by overseeing evaluations and execution of multiple projects. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
