We are looking for an Omni-Channel Inventory and Allocation Sr. Manager will partner with business operators and the ERP project team to ensure that our ERP design supports scalable distribution and inventory visibility for our multi-channel operations. You will serve the following responsibilities: \- Oversee the results for the planning and allocation function within the DTC track - including SAS allocation integration and SAP functionality \- Expert in the design and creation of new processes applying SAP and integrated systems, including organizational design if needed to help expand the DTC business \- Gain regional and global business partner agreement on changes and design recommendations coming out of ERP projectAbout the Job \- Understand the workflows, tools, data and analytics required by business operators and ensure that the design meets requirements to support all business models, identifying where the business process might vary by region or channel. \- Influence decision making across the with partners to support recommendations, able to take issues to closure and get required agreement \- Manage components of daily pieces of the ERP project, manage risks and identify workarounds and processes to prevent disruptions \- Be the expert for access and functionality within SAP including process, data flow, and reporting functions - lead UAT, SIT, Training functions related to allocation and distribution \- Stay informed on projects that might have impacts or considerations to Global ERP Transformation and ensure that all relevant partners and team members are informed of SAP functionalities from design through launch \- Primary partners outside of the DTC track are Order to Cash, Merchandising, Distribution, and Planning & Allocation \- Minimum 8 years in retail operations and 5 of those years in an inventory role for an omni-channel retailer \- Have experience with technical project launches and implementing new processes.
