This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Trade Program and Customs transactions execution, as well as, the oversight of global customs compliance and regulatory activities. The position is directly responsible for the management of US and Canada Customs brokers, as well as, all functions responsible for the assurance of trade program participation and customs compliance. Ensure internal systems and processes comply with regulatory changes. Type of experience:Required travel: 10% or less Experience in Customs and Trade compliance, Apparel Harmonized Tariff classification, Country of Origin determination, Trade program management, CF28/Audit responses. Knowledge of organizational supply chain and systems.
