The Senior Manager of Category Management Specialist, Walmart will report to the Director of Category Management and Shopper Insights and will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The position is responsible for managing and providing analytical recommendations to Walmart merchants as a category captain and key strategic thought partner. This individual will be responsible for using category insights, analysis and proprietary analytic tools to provide category leadership to Walmart and HBI growth teams to increase both Walmart and HBI sales and market share. Provide strategic analytical recommendations to Walmart Category teams that promote category sales and market share growth Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders Work cross-functionally with Walmart buyers, planners, space and presentation team and other key Walmart partners to leverage analytical insights and uncover strategic opportunities. Luminate experience preferred E-commerce or merchandising experience with strong understanding of retail math and metrics preferred Experience with leveraging Syndicated (Circana, NPD, IRI, Nielsen, etc.)
