Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. \- Create momentum across the channel by developing and executing a high- quality product strategy that maximizes profits and drives brand heat while providing a consistent consumer experience \- Create, present, execute, and manage retail-focused seasonal line architecture and assortment plans that meet Channel needs, targeted line architecture, and pricing requirements \- Gather and deliver commercial input, consumer insights and trends, competitive activities, and market intelligence, as well as manage price points, product forecasts, launch dates, distribution plans, and Channel assortment reviews to ensure product needs are met and go-to-market activities can be executed \- Serve as key product resource for customers within the channel and execute seasonal pre-line process to brief additional needs and adjust seasonal assortment plans as needed \- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Marketing teams to identify account-specific needs, educate and align on key brand concepts and merchandising strategies, share information regarding products and financials, functional milestones and performance, and align on go-to-market plans \- Partner with Global Business Units/Product Line Management to ensure creation of product that meets Channel needs and seasonal product assortment for the Region \- Plan, forecast and review Channel assortments to assure appropriate product positions, margin targets and segmentation needs are met, as well as sell- through analysis \- Ensure go-to-market process runs smoothly by participating in account meetings, presentations, product launches, and tradeshows \- 7-10 years of experience in Merchandising or Product Management in Wholesale or Retail organization \- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising or a related field \- Business orientation, analytical aptitude and retail math knowledge \- Business knowledge of the US marketplace and consumer goods practiced including distribution channels, pricing, segmentation strategy, regional variances, product sourcing, planning, forecasting, design, development, and sales \- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and changing priorities \- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite, including Photoshop \- Ability to travel 30-40% domestically and internationally
