SENIOR MANAGER IT AUDIT/SOX

Coordinate the efforts between external auditors, and internal business process / IT owners, including alignment on SOX planning, walkthroughs / testing, audit requests and deficiency evaluation Execute audit testing and document workpapers in accordance with departmental guidelines. Big 4 external or internal audit background with a strong focus on SOX ITGC’s and ITAC’s. Responsible for managing General Computer Controls in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. SOX 404 testing of reports, application controls, and interfaces Partnering with business on SOX 404 related efforts, such as documentation of in-scope applications, systems, and databases, identification of key controls, development of test plans, and remediation of control deficiencies Collaborate with control owners and operations to ensure compliance and quality activities supporting IT General Computing Controls, as it relates to SOX, are in alignment with overall corporate requirements. Management of the SOX IT Program designed to assess the IT General Controls environment and advise on control description changes to reflect the current state of the controls.
