Design Your Future at PVHSenior Manager Global MDM and PIM - PVH Corp.POSITION SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for driving and maintaining the product ecosystem through the management and growth of Product MDM and Global PIM.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Functional lead responsible for driving and developing both Product MDM & Global PIM capabilitiesExecution of product MDM & PIM roadmapsOversight, monitoring and management of MDM & PIM application data flows and processesResponsible for MDM and PIM platform administration, management and growthLead the support, maintenance and administration of the product application and database sustainment teamsSME on product life cycle management and corresponding processesThe candidate will work closely with other IT counterparts and departments to brainstorm and implement enhancement and changesResponsible for collaborating across various business teams, data stewards and data owners/stakeholders establishing data management workflows and governanceResponsible for implementation and ongoing monitoring of data quality and business rules across the product MDM and Global PIM capabilitiesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:  10+ years of experience working on enterprise MDM and/or PIM solution design and implementation projectsSpecialist working on enterprise master data solutionsLeader with strong communication skills, both written and verbalHands on knowledge managing and maintaining MDM/PIM capabilities – Administration, Configuration, business rules management, Change Control Management, etc.Foundational knowledge of master data management and product information managementUnderstands data syndication and enrichment capabilitiesExperience working with master data platforms such as Stibo, Riversand and/or InformaticaAbility to work in Agile or Waterfall projects and has a thorough understanding of SDLCStibo or other software architecture and management certification a plusUnderstanding of API based data integration; experience developing integrations is a plusSoftware estimation and project planning experienceApparel industry experience is a plusEducation:   Bachelor’s Degree in programming/systems or computer science, specialized training, or equivalent work experience required.Skills:  Data Management SMEProject/Program managementStibo STEP Certification a plusMS OfficeAPI Integration experienceExperience in JAVA and/or SQLPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
