\- Lead the strategy for makeup (face) categories; input into Global Strategy and Innovation meetings \- Partner cross functionally to bring new programs to market, including but not limited to Global Business Supply Chain (GBSC), Global Business Planning (GBP), Product Development, Packaging, Design, Global Supply (GSR), Creative, Education, Consumer Marketing, PR. \- Lead 360 efforts in face category to work in synergy with Consumer Marketing, Education and Public Relations teams to create awareness and engagement driving tactics for new launches and re-promote programs, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. \- Ensure all timetables and cost objectives are met, including new products, seasonal programs and support collateral. \- Manage the development of new product pricing recommendations, keeping in line with the brand's product index for new and existing products. \- Experience in luxury and or fashion a plus.
