Overview: A luxury RTW brand is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Ecommerce to lead both ecommerce operations and merchandising. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this individual will also work closely with an external consultant, requiring strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate strategic guidance into execution. Own the online merchandising strategy, including product assortment, categorization, and on-site storytelling Optimize product placement, navigation, and search to drive sales and improve customer journey Analyze product performance and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions Collaborate with buying and planning teams to align inventory and product launches with ecommerce strategy Support the Director of Ecommerce in executing overall ecommerce strategy and growth initiatives Work closely with an external consultant to implement best practices and new opportunities Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on ecommerce performance and trends Partner with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and content across channels
