Senior Manager, Digital - Thayers

The Senior Manager of Digital plays a critical role in helping Thayers achieve its brand and business objectives and is responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of D2C commerce. Combining experience and thought leadership across digital platforms, UX, SEO, data driven marketing, analytics, and affiliate marketing, this person will lead the development and implementation of the growth strategy of the D2C website: drive traffic, revenue, engagement, and lifetime customer value. Key Duties and Responsibilities: \- Ensure a best-in-class consumer experience on the journey to D2C, \- Build a unique Value Proposition for the Thayers website, through experience, assortment, content and edu-tainment \- Responsible for developing consumer data insights and building actionable brand plans that drive direct to consumer business results. \- Lead the development and optimization of a Thayers online loyalty program \- Identify business needs and requirements for new and existing website features to enhance customer experience, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Agencies, Customer Service, and Digital IT colleagues to ensure seamless User Experience. Able to clearly communicate eCommerce concepts to an audience with a wide variation in eCommerce experience \- Demonstrated knowledge of CRM - segmentation, offer management, campaign management, data mining, database marketing, direct marketing, email marketing, and interactive marketing \- Strong knowledge of current eCommerce trends, strategies, and techniques \- Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and lead internal team and external agencies \- Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving \- Passionate about digital; you are continuously a student of your industry, pursuing knowledge, best practices, competitive landscape and staying on top of trends.
