Key Job Accountabilities Online Professional Academy: \- Management of Online Professional Academy site analytical reporting including reporting from within the platform as well as google analytics \- Customizing content from global partners for the US market; project lead on developing & updating all e-learning content including modules, videos, podcasts, and publications \- Maintain close relationship with agencies for platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements; manage contracts with vendors \- Collaborates with Education Department to create e-learning services in Articulate, Gomo or video for application techniques, products launches + animations, and business + leadership \- Work closely with Education team members to provide eLearning services follow-up and new content based on in-person instructor led training \- Collaborate and develop digital onboarding learning plan for all new brand employees \- Support, update, and evolve all aspects of the eLearning site and the professional divisional site \- Collaborate with Education and Marketing teams on the development and updating of online education materials for launch, animation and specialty projects \- Tracking and organizing departmental budgets and expenses of digital projects; open POs and GR as needed \- Think outside of the box and creatively to continuously improve platforms with enhancements and functionalities \- Be able to train stakeholders on how to use digital platforms \- Create learning plans that are engaging and retention-based Specific Requirements: \- Experience in the beauty industry or medical industry preferred \- Content development background \- LMS proficiency; with experience in managing CMS platforms \- Passion for and understanding of ALL social media platforms \- Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft and the ability to learn new platforms with provided training \- Strong written and verbal communication skills \- Commitment to personal development \- Professional attitude \- The ability to function as part of a team \- Excellent proofreading skills \- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \- Understand JIRA ticketing system \- Some basic HTLM coding knowledge, but not required \- Have an understanding of adult learning theoriesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.
