SENIOR MANAGER CONTENT STRATEGY

These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. The Sr. Mgr, Content Strategy will be responsible for the prioritization, testing approach and execution of our content and personalization initiatives across all owned and earned channels. This role and team are measured on their ability to drive incremental revenue across our retail and digital channels with the expanded capabilities of our technology stack an content learnings. Primary responsibilities include (100%): - Own and lead the creation and prioritization of a robust roadmap and strategy for our everyday content focused on the highest ROI activities - Actively manage a team of two Content Managers - Utilize data to understand customer behavior and design testing approaches which meet customer needs - Develop a rigorous testing approach which actively looking for content strategies which scale - Work alongside marketing, ecommerce, and analytics teams to support the end-to-end understanding & governance of each customer segments and marketing data needs - Create functional requirements and identify gaps in data collection. - Demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results on-time and in line with established budget - Use deep expertise to help business owners realize the short and long-term vision, strategy, and goals, aligning technology with key business objectives - This role reports into the Director, Personalization & Content Strategy and serves as a function of the marketing department.
