The Sr Manager Business Planning, eCommerce is responsible for managing a team of two Business Planners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads the digital channel brand financial planning strategy. Leads planning pricing strategy to meet/exceed sales, turns and margin goals; Forecasts risks and opportunities. Provides strategic direction, oversight, and recommendations to eCommerce Business Planners to optimize online assortments and inventory assortments. Flexibility to shift focus/priorities at a moment’s notice Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills System experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Logility and Business Intelligence tools Digital planning experience preferred
