SENIOR MANAGER, BRAND STRATEGY - Hybrid

Description Your Role The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy is responsible for developing an overarching content strategy for Victoria’s Secret intimates, beauty, and sport that supports marketing objectives across all digital channels, resulting in creative assets that drive traffic, engagement, and brand equity. Collaborates with digital merchandising, marketing, and design to pull together holistic seasonal shoot requests that map back to product volume as well as market opportunities Manages and designs marketing presentations and playbooks for cross-functional alignment as well as leadership visibility Builds compelling sets of stories leveraging the content produced by creative to support product launches; quick to adapt and implement learnings from customer responses and changes in cultural zeitgeist Actively participates in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to develop cut through narratives and blue sky ideas that can change the conversation around our brands Leverages customer insights, social listening, fashion/beauty/culture trends to develop an understanding of what is most relevant to our audiences; shares it generously with teams Contributes as a key player on the marketing team, helping to shape the future of the Victoria’s Secret brand and its impact on the consumer landscape Collaborates with the Pink brand strategy team on when and how the total brand comes together from an operational perspective, as well as to Provides competitive input and recommends strategies accordingly Strong presentation skills Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and build consensus across multiple levels and partners Ability to spot trends & bring them to life; acute sensibility for all things fashion, beauty & culture Proven ability to deliver feedback in a clear, constructive, and empathetic manner to ensure effective communication and promote growth and development within the broaden cross-functional teams.
