Senior Luxury Sales Executive - MACEOO

Key Responsibilities Deliver a refined, branded luxury client experience that reflects Maceoo’s values, history, and heritage.Consistently achieve or exceed individual, monthly, and seasonal sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.Execute the Maceoo selling ceremony with confidence, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and storytelling.Drive and exceed individual KPI targets through high-quality service, conversion, and client development.Capture and maintain accurate client data within company CRM tools to support ongoing relationship building and personalized outreach.Actively manage and maintain a clean, organized, and up to date client book, ensuring timely follow ups on all sales and client requests.Build long term client relationships by advising on fashion trends, styling, and developments within the luxury market.Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive, high performance store environment.Uphold all store security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with Maceoo brand guidelines.Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean sales floor, organized understock, and orderly stockroom.Adhere to Maceoo image standards, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.Qualifications & Skills Job Type: Full-Time + CommissionRetail Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location: In person
