Proactively identifies areas for growth, partnering closely with the TPG stakeholder group. Build and enforce policies and standards for the required Transformation Enablement processes and documents.Develops & Drives:Communication Strategy & PlanBusiness Readiness Strategy & PlanTraining Strategy & PlanAdoption Strategy & PlanCo-ordinates alignment between HR, Systems Training & TPG teamsManages Stakeholder EngagementPrepares communication for the Business, Business Process and Project Management community, serving as a point of experience and excellence in adoption and transformation process and procedures.Identify and govern change and process management considerations critical to the success of Transformation Enablement at PVH.Provide an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching and training in all aspects of transformation._________________________________________________          _______________QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:  5-6 years’ experience in adoption, business liaison and transformation management of technical solutionExtensive background in developing and managing Transformation Enablement processes, techniques and enablers/tools for managing assets and processesHands on experience managing large, transformational projects a strong benefit.Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with senior-level stakeholdersProven internal and external influencing skills at senior management levels.
