Senior Lead Business Process - PVH Corp.

The Senior Lead Data Standardization and Data Governance supervises direct report(s) to support data standardization and governance processes and policies with direct responsibility to documentation and management of data. Provide expertise to implement and mobilize data governance operating model including establishment of data standards, policies, data quality and change control Lead data standardization and governance efforts with business data leads, subject matter experts, IT and business process partners to progress the data governance framework as business goals and objectives evolve. Train and develop direct reports that play a supporting role in managing the data governance operating model for the data domain(s). Skills: Ability to engage, communicate and influence transformational change with business partners at multiple levels of the organization Strong business process management skills including the ability to design and document business processes Strong knowledge skills in development and maintenance of data documentation such as business glossary, metadata and system lineage.
