Technicians at Nordstrom have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from in store support, Service Desk support and backend monitoring of systems and applications, just to name a few. \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred \- 7+ years enterprise support experience \- 2+ years of experience working with SQL Store Procedures or PL/SQL \- 2+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and applications a plus (High Jump, Manhattan, Dematic System, MS Endpoint, RFID Scanners, etc.)
