Distribution center or fulfillment experience required; 3PL warehousing preferred 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement activities and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles including: industry-standard problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, PDCA), preventive and autonomous maintenance concepts, time/motion study analysis (MODAPTS preferred), continuous improvement (6 sigma techniques, lean manufacturing), and change management Advanced capability in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, & AutoCAD 3+ years’ experience in Project Management/Program Management /Contracts Management/ Business Development or other Business-related field preferred 3+ years experience working in consumer goods including retail, wholesale, direct to consumer, and drop ship preferred This position has a compensation range of $96,118-$117,263.
